Conference Rates & Early Bird Cut-off Dates
Early Bird (through December 3, 2013): $400 (now extended to December 9)
Full (after December 3, 2013): $500
Early Bird (through December 3, 2013): $150 (now extended to December 9)
Full (after December 3, 2013): $200
Note: Registration is limited to 700, so you are advised to register as soon as possible. After 700 registrations, we will no longer accept new registrations. Due to the uncertainty of travel authorizations within the Federal government, we will hold 50 spaces for Federal employees until the date of the conference.
Registration fees include 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 receptions.
If a registration is cancelled on or before December 9, 2013, a full refund will be issued, minus a small processing fee based on payment type. After December 9, no refunds will be made.
If maximum registration has not been reached, onsite Registration will be available at the conference.

Abstract submission is now closed. You may make edits to authors or presenters on existing abstracts only until December 3 by visiting the submission site and logging in using the log-in and password you created when you submitted your abstract. Click here to visit the submission site.
